How does it work? 

Depending on your unique challenge, in as little as 1-3 sessions, you will begin to experience greater freedom, inner peace and measurable results in any area of your life that you'd like to change.

Many of those thoughts are ANTs: Automatic Negative Thoughts, which stream continuously from automatically firing, conditioned neural pathways that form your belief networks within your unconscious mind. 

 

Every conscious or unconscious thought you think creates a biochemical and physiological response in your body, whether you are aware of it or not. Those responses ultimately compound, aggregate and eventually manifest themselves as physical symptoms (insomnia, physical pain, rashes, infertility, etc), unwanted sensations, experienced feelings or altered emotional states (anxiety, depression, phobias, etc). These altered states then drive your actions, reactions, responses, habits, conditioned behavioural patterns and choices (procrastination, social avoidance, addictions, overeating, nail biting, etc) -which ultimately create the experienced reality of your current life. 

Hypnotherapy uncovers and transforms your unconscious belief systems and thoughts into more empowering and healthy ones that 1) uplift your life, and 2)are aligned with your current life goals. 

It uses the principles of neuroscience to weaken conditioned neural pathways that limit you, while creating and/or strengthening neural pathways that empower and propel you towards what you actually want, whether they be thoughts, feelings and/or behaviours. 

As a Multidisciplinary team, we focus on whole body wellness. What better place to start than with our thoughts, conscious and not.
